A migraine is not just a headache.

If you suffer from migraines then you know that migraines are more than just a headache. In a previous post I talked about the four different stages of migraines. The last stage is called the Postdrome stage. This is the stage you go through after the pain from the migraine has gone away. This is one of the differences from a regular headache and migraine: a migraine is more than just a headache. For some people this stage, the postdrome stage, can be more debilitating than the pain. You may have fatigue, mood changes and cognitive fog.
